HYROX Tours by Destination Sport Experiences will send you an email around 12-weeks before arrival with your unique access code and a guide on how to get your entry ‘personalised’ and registered. Please be mindful of the deadline date given, as we cannot guarantee your entry can be registered once the date is passed.

HYROX Tours by DSE are the Official Travel Partner of HYROX, meaning they provide us with an allocation of specific entries to their events. All tickets purchased via HYROX Tours by DSE are guaranteed and approved by HYROX.

Unfortunately, this cannot be purchased via HYROX Tours by Destination Sport Experiences – this can be added on at the registration point of your ticket, when we send the information out around 12-weeks before the event. You can, however, purchase these add-ons directly through the links provided by HYROX.

No. HYROX Tours by Destination Sport Experiences do not sell entry only packages for athletes or spectators. All tickets purchased must be booked with a hotel stay.

Any ticket (athlete or spectator) booked through HYROX Tours by Destination Sport Experiences needs to be on the hotel booking e.g. if you book a Doubles entry or if you have 1x athlete entry and 1x spectator entry, both people need to be booked into the hotel, either in a Double/Twin room, or 2x Single rooms. If we notice any discrepancy, we will reach out to you to let you know these options.

Dependent on the time-frame from booking to cancelling and/or time until the event weekend, there are different cancellation terms. Please reach out to [email protected] with your booking reference and we can let you know the cancellation options.

At the moment, we only offer the Open category of entries, we do not offer Pro entries. Dependent on the event, we have Male Single, Female Single, Mixed Double, Male Double & Female Double – each of our event pages will state which entries are available.
